Mauricio Toledo holds an MBA and currently serves as the Global Head of Workplace Experience at Warner Music Group, focusing on standardizing processes to enhance operational performance globally. Previously, Mauricio held the position of Global Head of Corporate Services at Cerberus Capital Management, overseeing diverse responsibilities such as budget management for facilities and procurement. With extensive experience at Bloomberg LP, including roles as Head of Americas and Regional Manager for Latin America, Mauricio has managed facilities operations across multiple regions and scaled the services for large employee populations. Additional experience includes leadership roles in facilities and corporate services at notable organizations such as UBS, Standard Bank Group, and Merrill Lynch. Mauricio's educational background includes an MBA from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a Bachelor’s degree from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM.
