Danica N. Hosaka

Danica Hosaka is a litigation attorney who focuses her practice on a broad range of corporate litigation matters. Danica drafts briefs and motions for summary disposition, conducts thorough research to support each case, and is essential in compiling facts, case law, and citations to assist in constructing compelling arguments.

Danica’s vita includes working as an extern for the Honorable Judge Hostetler for the St. Joseph Superior Courthouse, where she reviewed and edited various orders on motions, participated in trial court proceedings, including pretrial hearings and bench trials, and composed recommendations for orders on summary judgment. She was also a legal intern for the Chicago Transit Authority and drafted and filed motions and statements on various torts and labor and employment actions.

Danica earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California and was on the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences Dean’s List and was honored with the Order of Troy. She earned her Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School, cum laude, and made the Dean’s List and was awarded “best brief” for her legal writing II section.
