Monique C. Field-Foster

Monique Foster is an accomplished legal and governmental affairs professional with extensive experience in advocacy and public policy. Currently serving as an Executive Partner and Senior Counsel at Warner Norcross + Judd since January 2017, Monique is also a Board Member for Peckham, Inc. and the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics, as well as a Committee Member for the MI American Council on Education. Prior roles include Deputy Legal Counsel for the Governor-Elect Whitmer - Gilchrist Transition Team and Assistant Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Michigan State University. Monique's background includes significant legal positions in public service, such as Director of Governmental Affairs at the Department of Management and Budget and Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs in the Office of Governor Jennifer Granholm. Monique holds a JD from Cooley Law School and a BS in Natural Resource Development and Environmental Communication from Michigan State University.
