Debbie Adrian

Debbie Adrian began their career in 1983 as a Franchise Co-owner at Jostens, where they were responsible for sales, marketing, client relationships, operations, recruiting, hiring and territory development. In 1990, they joined Anthem as Regional Vice President- Individual Sales, managing a $20 million budget, overseeing product launches, and leading teams that supported 45,000 brokers and agents in 14 Anthem states. Debbie was also responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent, and overseeing a team of more than 200 employees. In 2012, Adrian moved to Warner Pacific Insurance Services, where they held the roles of Chief Operations Officer and Senior Vice President- Operations and Marketing. As Senior Vice President, they managed all of Warner Pacific's operations in California, Colorado and Texas, and oversaw the company's marketing and events. In 2016, Adrian founded Women Elevated (WE) powered by Warner Pacific, an organization designed to help female leaders in the insurance industry share their knowledge and reach their fullest potential.
