Eva Boucher

Eva Boucher has worked in the health insurance industry for 37 years. Eva began their career in 1981 as the VP of Sales and Operations for Foster Benefits Resources. In 2000, they joined Word and Brown Brokerage a division of Word and Brown Companies as the Director of Sales and Operations, where they were responsible for all states with the exception of California and Nevada. Eva was also a Licensed agent in the State of Texas, Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) and a Certified COBRA Administration Specialist (CAS). In 2008, Eva began working for HealthCompare Insurance Services, Inc. as the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, where they maintained oversight for security, compliance and contract administration. Eva was also a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) and an active member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, ECFC, and National Association of Health Underwriters. In 2018, Eva became the Chief Operating Officer at Benefit Solutions by Design, Brokerage, where they provided agents with solid knowledge, education and understanding of the best benefit designs to meet their clients need. Currently, Eva is the Contracts and Compliance Manager at Warner Pacific Insurance Services.

Eva Boucher has obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from multiple schools. In addition, they have received certifications from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) as a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional, as well as a Health and Life License from the Texas Department of Insurance and Michigan Department of Insurance.
