Kairah Fleming

Kairah Fleming has worked in a variety of roles in the past two decades. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as an Aquaculture Technician for Fisheries and Oceans Canada, and as a Laboratory Technician for Kerry Foods. In 2003, they became a Crew Leader for RPS Group and General Manager for St. Maarten Electric Center. From 2013 to 2019, they held the roles of Operations Director, Head of Operations and Projects, and Development Project Manager for WARP Technologies Ltd. Kairah is currently employed as a Group Business Change Manager for Premier Medical Group.

Kairah Fleming has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Global Leadership from the University of Fredericton between 2012 and 2013, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Biology: Toxicology from De Montfort University between 1998 and 2002. Kairah also has several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from The Knowledge Academy in 2014, Agile Project Management Practitioner from APMG International in 2012, ITIL Foundation from APMG International in 2012, MSP Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2018, Change Management Practitioner from APMG International in 2015, and Prince2 Practitioner from APMG International in 2012.
