Jess Finney Brawner

Jess Finney Brawner has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jess began their career at Synovus as a Client Service Representative and Teller from May 2002 to September 2004. Jess then moved to ServisFirst Bank, where they worked as an Executive Assistant from January 2005 to August 2006 and later as a Marketing Coordinator from September 2006 to October 2008.

In 2008, Jess joined EBSCO Industries, Inc. as a Fulfillment Analyst, where they managed daily operations of fulfillment webstore accounts and was responsible for website design, product research, selection, pricing, and analysis until February 2012.

Since 2012, Jess has been primarily associated with Warren Averett. Jess initially joined as an Executive Assistant from February 2012 to June 2017. Jess then progressed to the role of Operations Manager from June 2017 to November 2022. Subsequently, they held several leadership positions, including Director of Operations from May 2021 to November 2022, Director of Operations | Principal from May 2022 to November 2022, and currently serves as the Director of People Operations | Principal from October 2022.

Jess Finney Brawner has a background in legal assistance and paralegal work, with a focus on the field of study in Legal Assistant/Paralegal. Jess attended Jefferson State Community College and obtained additional certifications, including Certified DiSC Trainer from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in 2019, and Certified Paralegal (CP) from Jefferson State Community College.
