Carl Johnson

Carl Johnson is a Partner and Head of Operations at Warren Equity Partners, where Carl also serves on the Portfolio and Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Carl was the Chairman and CEO of IFS - Integrated Facility Solutions until January 2024. Before their time at IFS, Carl held various leadership positions at Honeywell for two decades, including President of Commercial Excellence, President of Honeywell Industrial Safety Global, President of Honeywell Analytics Global, Vice President & General Manager of Honeywell Analytics, and Vice President of Sales. Carl holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
