Pranav Shah has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Pranav began their career at GE Aviation in 2001, where they served in various roles such as Materials & Production Control Leader and Six Sigma Black Belt. During this time, they implemented process improvements, reduced inventory, and achieved significant cost savings. In 2007, Pranav joined GE Capital as a Global Operations Leader, where they successfully led an aircraft decommissioning business and improved operational efficiency. Pranav then returned to GE Aviation in 2011 as a Materials Portfolio Growth Manager, focusing on business development and profit optimization. In 2013, Pranav became a Senior Supply Chain Manager at GE Energy Connections, overseeing materials planning and management. In 2017, they transitioned to GE Aviation as a Senior Global Materials Manager, where they implemented process improvements and reduced inventory. Most recently, Pranav worked at TE Connectivity as a Senior Global Supply Chain Manager, responsible for strategic planning, manufacturing scheduling, cost control, and vendor relationships. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Supply Chain at Warren Oil Company, LLC. Throughout their career, Pranav has demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive supply chain performance.

Pranav Shah holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Production and Operations Management from the University of Scranton. Pranav also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bhavnagar University in Bhavnagar, India. In addition to their formal education, Pranav has received certifications in Developing Business Leadership, Effective Coaching Skills, Personnel Relations Leadership, and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from various institutions such as GE Aviation and GE.
