Richard Marshall

Executive Coach at Warren Partners

Richard leads their Executive Coaching practice and has worked with a large number of senior leaders across a wide range of sectors. He works alongside leaders to help them lead with greater influence, awareness, and impact. An Executive Coaching program typically involves monthly coaching sessions, with ad-hoc support in between, over 6-12 months: this is particularly useful for leaders who are experiencing transition (new into a role or changing roles), leaders who want to work on their style and impact, and leaders navigating the challenges of work-life balance.

For Warren Partners, Executive Coaching is about creating a safe space for senior leaders to explore the challenges they face – by providing support, psychological insight, and challenge, They help them understand more about what is working for them, what needs to change, and how to change it.

Richard is a business psychologist and as well as his executive coaching work, plays a critical role in leadership assessment for key appointments. Richard is an expert in the Hogan Assessments which give leaders (and the appointing panel) a clear understanding of their performance capabilities, challenges, and core drivers, and provides them with the strategic (self) awareness of what makes good leaders great.

Before joining Warren Partners, Richard was a Director of People and Culture with 25 years of experience in Commercial, Public sector, and Charity sector organizations. His career spans the pharmaceutical sector (with Astra Zeneca) and the humanitarian sector, chiefly with one of the largest ever children’s charities, World Vision International, working at national, international, and global levels.
