Keith Grimes

Keith Grimes has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Keith worked as a Vice President of Finance and Controller at Warren Transport Inc., where they were responsible for finance-related tasks. Prior to that, they owned their own company called Grimes Accounting & Tax Service, where they specialized in preparing corporate and individual income tax returns and provided tax planning services. Keith also worked as a Director of Customer Contracts at West Side Transport, where they managed customer contracts and collections. Additionally, they have experience as a Controller at Cedar Valley Transport and as a Staff Accountant at BERGAN, PAULSEN & COMPANY, PC.

Keith Grimes pursued their education in a systematic manner, starting with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Mount Mercy University from 1996 to 1998. Following this, they further enhanced their knowledge and skills by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, which they completed from 2017 to 2019.
