Matt Free

Matt Free is an IT Specialist at Warren Transport Inc. since September 2013, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining the company intranet using PHP, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript, as well as creating an automated scorecard system for customer service and sales teams. Previously, Matt served as a Field Technician at World Wide TechServices, providing warranty repair services for various brands and managing customer appointments in Northeast Iowa. In early 2012, Matt worked as a contracted Tech for UnityPoint Health, focusing on upgrading client machines to Windows 7, while earlier experience as a Helpdesk Analyst Intern at Hawkeye Community College involved managing service tickets and supporting IT infrastructure during campus improvements. Matt holds an A.A.S. degree in Network Administration & Engineering from Hawkeye Community College, completed between 2009 and 2011.
