Katherine Kayley is an experienced education professional with a strong background in apprenticeship management. Since October 2020, Katherine has served as the Curriculum Manager for Business Apprenticeships at Warrington & Vale Royal College, overseeing a team focused on preparing learners for various qualifications within multiple SASE frameworks and apprenticeship standards. Prior to this role, Katherine was the Head of Apprenticeship Delivery at Sysco Business Skills Academy, where responsibilities included managing Programme Managers and trainers while facilitating the transition to an apprenticeship standard delivery model. Earlier experience includes roles as Training Manager and Training Advisor at Protocol Skills, alongside positions as Training Manager/Area Manager and Centre Internal Verifier. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Staffordshire University.
