Alan Lee

Alan Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and engineering management. Currently serving as Senior Development Manager at Warrior Sports / New Balance since January 2013, Alan leads the Asia new Product Development team, overseeing the entire process from prototyping to market launch and focusing on materials research, supplier sourcing, and process improvement. Prior to this role, Alan was Engineering Manager at Jarden Corporation, where leadership was provided to a team of project engineers supporting new product development in Asia. Additional experience includes previous roles as a Teacher Assistant at Chinese International School, Sales Manager at Quality Printing Ltd., Design Director at VonBo Ltd., Research Assistant at the University of Strathclyde, and Lecturer at Northwestern Polytechnical University. Alan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer-Aided Engineering Design and a Bachelor's degree in Product Design Engineering, both from the University of Strathclyde.
