Isaac Garcia

Isaac Garcia is an experienced professional in research and development within the sporting goods industry, currently serving as the Director of R&D for Hockey Sticks at Warrior Sports since February 2005. In this role, Isaac has been instrumental in creating and refining a comprehensive range of hockey sticks tailored to the requirements of NHL players and large retailers, alongside conducting materials research and optimizing composite designs. Prior to this, Isaac held the position of Director of R&D at Innovative Hockey from 1996 to 2005, where significant achievements included establishing a new manufacturing facility in Mexico and designing a variety of composite sporting goods, enhancing their performance, strength, and durability.
