Radosław Fedak

Tomasz Rados is an experienced financial officer currently serving at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tomasz worked at the European Commission as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. In addition, Tomasz was a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Political Science and International Studies from December 2020 to December 2023, providing voluntary support for academic development. Previous positions include working with the European Defence Agency, the European External Action Service, and holding leadership at Network PL, an association for Polish employees in international organizations. Tomasz began a career in public service at the Ministry of Economy and Labour before obtaining a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw in 2003.
