Danielle Regan

Danielle Regan is a dedicated professional in the field of nutrition and dietetics, currently serving as a Dietetics Volunteer Staff at Wartburg since September 2022, where valuable insights into resident care and food service management are gained through collaboration with a registered dietitian. As the CEO, Nutritionist, and Private Chef at The Skinny Spoon since June 2012, Danielle focuses on creating nourishing meals for clients with chronic diseases, emphasizing the importance of appropriate nutrition in disease management. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Foods, and Nutrition from Lehman College and is pursuing a Master's degree along with a Dietetic Internship at the same institution. Additionally, Danielle has a Holistic Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Design & Textiles from Kansas State University.
