Milla Rintala

Milla Rintala is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leading human resource functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Lead HR Business Partner for Voyage Services at Wärtsilä since January 2019, Milla Rintala focuses on aligning people priorities with business initiatives and supporting organizational change. Previous roles include HR Business Partner for Marine Power and HR Manager overseeing two organizations with over 1000 employees. Prior to Wärtsilä, Milla Rintala worked as an HR Generalist at Danfoss, providing support to approximately 150 People Managers, and as a Senior HR Consultant at Adecco Finland Oy, specializing in white collar recruitment. Milla Rintala holds an M.Sc. in Economics with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Vaasa.
