Renato Mota

Renato Mota, MSc, PMP, is an experienced project manager in the energy sector, currently serving as a Project Manager for Wärtsilä in Houston, TX, USA since December 2016. Prior roles at Wärtsilä include General Manager and Contract Manager, contributing to various projects in Brazil from 2008 to 2016. Renato's previous experience includes serving as an Energy Specialist at AES Brasil, focusing on dual fuel and hydro power plants, as well as holding management positions at Neoenergia, where responsibilities encompassed energy management and engineering for significant power generation facilities. Renato holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and Universidade Federal da Paraíba, respectively.
