Tamara De Gruyter

Tamara de Gruyter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the marine and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Nexans and Combient, Tamara has held various senior leadership roles at Wärtsilä since December 2015, including President of Portfolio Business, Chief Transformation Officer, and Vice President roles across different regions and services. Previous positions include Managing Director at Wartsila Qiyao Diesel Company Ltd and Wartsila Pumps Pte Ltd, as well as a long tenure at Nautilus. Tamara holds a Bachelor's degree in Shipbuilding Engineering from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and additional education from IMD.
