John Philipp

John Philipp has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. John is currently the Director of Sales & Marketing at Warwick Hotels and Resorts, where they oversee a room budget of $10.2M and a banquet/catering budget of $1.7M. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Sales at Panetiere Hospitality and Embassy Suites. John also held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at S3 Hotel Group. Before that, they worked at Pacific Hospitality Group, where they served as the Director of Sales and later as the Director of Sales and Marketing. John started their career at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where they held various roles including Sr. Sales Manager, Associate Director of Sales, and Director of Catering / Convention Services.

John Philipp attended New Trier East High School from 1974 to 1979. John did not earn a degree or specialize in any specific field of study during this time. Later, from 1981 to 1984, John pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration & Management at the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
