Doug Bellis has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of geology. Doug started their career as a Field Geologist, researching uranium potential in various locations. Doug then worked as a Minerals Geologist, planning and supervising uranium exploration and development drilling. Later, they became a Precious Metals Geologist, conducting field investigations for disseminated gold deposits.

After that, Doug worked as a Senior Petroleum Geologist, focusing on subsurface mapping, prospect generation, and economic analysis in different regions. Doug then joined BHP Petroleum as a Senior Geologist before becoming an Independent Geologist and owner of Bellis Resources Corp. During this time, they specialized in prospect generation, seismic interpretation, and consulting work.

Doug later worked as a Consulting Geologist at Spartan Resources, evaluating prospects and well proposals in various basins and international projects. Doug then joined EOG Resources as a Senior Geologist, conducting exploration and field development in the Delaware Basin.

Finally, they joined Chesapeake Energy, where they held several roles as a Senior Geologist. Doug'sresponsibilities included evaluating different resource plays, integrating data and mapping, and developing shale gas prospects in various countries. Doug also played a significant role in analyzing frontier US Basins and mapping unconventional shale plays in the Delaware Basin.

Currently, Doug is a Senior Vice President Geology at Warwick Investment Group.

Doug Bellis attended the University of Oklahoma from 1973 to 1978, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. Doug also possesses the certification of Registered Arkansas Professional Geologist #1755, although the specific institution and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
