Belén Vázquez-Quevedo Algora

Belén Vázquez-Quevedo Algora is an experienced professional in environmental management and sustainability. Currently serving as a Professor and the Responsible for Institutional Relations at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid since September 2013, Belén coordinates the Master's program in Sustainable Waste Management and leads the Group for Environmental Innovation (GIA-UPM). In addition to roles at Aeversu and as a founding member and General Secretary of Ecotextil Asociación, Belén actively contributes to WAS (Women Action Sustainability) and has previously coordinated significant waste management projects at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. With a Master’s degree in Environmental Management and Control from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Belén has a notable background as an environmental consultant, particularly in ecotourism projects in Cambodia.
