Marta Pérez Hernández

Marta Pérez Hernández is the Founder and Director Partner of Taila Arquitectura Sostenible, a position held since 2011, specializing in sustainability advisory across various certification systems including BREEAM, WELL, and LEED. In April 2023, Marta became a Partner at Women Action Sustainability (WAS), an organization focused on integrating sustainability into high-level decision-making through female leadership. Additionally, Marta founded and directs TaiLAB COWORKING, fostering collaborative environments for businesses since 2017. Marta serves as a member of the Rehabilitation Working Group at the Official College of Architects of Madrid (COAM) and has extensive experience in business development within the real estate and construction sectors from previous roles at Technocladd Architectural & Technological Claddings, Coperfil, and ACS Proyectos. Marta holds degrees in Architecture and specializes in Bioclimatic Architecture and the Environment from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid ETSAM, recently completing a program on Expert Advisors in Sustainability.
