Dylan Keeling is an experienced Program Coordinator at Salt Lake County Parks & Recreation, responsible for managing youth and adult sports leagues, hosting community events, and marketing those initiatives. Additionally, Dylan serves as an Adaptive Sports Instructor with Wasatch Adaptive Sports, contributing to inclusive sporting experiences. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant role at Brigham Young University, where responsibilities involved teaching participants about anatomy and recruiting subjects for studies. Dylan has also worked as an Activity Supervisor, ensuring safety policies were enforced and providing first aid, and held internship and custodial positions prior to these roles. Dylan holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Brigham Young University.

Wasatch Adaptive Sports (WAS) a 501 (c)(3) charitable foundation was established in 1977 to help fill the need for affordable recreational and educational programs for children and adults with special needs. Most programs available today are financially out of reach for many families and individuals. WAS does not turn anyone away, requires no initial fee, and provides full or partial scholarships so all can participate.
