Yan Wang

Yan Wang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market research, business analysis, and operations management across notable financial institutions. Currently serving as a consultant at Wasatch Global Investors since April 2022, Yan previously held significant roles including Head of Group Operations China and General Manager of UBS-BSC China from April 2017 to March 2022, responsible for overseeing operations within the FinTech Innovation Center. Prior to UBS, Yan served as Senior Vice President at iSoftStone, managing the Global Business Group, and held senior analyst positions at AllianceBernstein and Citi focusing on derivatives trading and client relationship management. Yan's career began at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included the strategic management of a corporate equity services department. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Biochemistry from Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University, an MBA in Finance and Information Technology from New York University, and a Bachelor's in Organic Chemistry from Peking University.
