Hezekiah Laronda

Hezekiah Laronda has worked in various roles since 2009. In 2009, they began working as a System Analyst Agent at LeadingEdge Personnel. In 2015, they became a Supply Chain Analyst at Club Assist, where they oversaw warehouse management operations in the US region, reduced overhead by $70K annually, increased overall profit margin by $120K, removed an estimated $60K+ loss, reduced product manufacturing forecast-to-actuals variance from 20% to 10%, created inventory forecasting and budget forecasting workbooks, developed SQL ad-hoc workbooks, performed product comparisons and long-term durability analyses, integrated various proprietary software services, and optimized multi-department workflow. In 2016, they became a Contract Business Analyst at Emerge Divine LLC, where they helped sole proprietors and small business owners reconcile ledgers. Hezekiah also became a Contract Operations Analyst at Philia Center, where they set up QuickBooks from scratch, created processes for Petty Cash, Receipts, Reimbursements, Financial Reports, Operation Procedures and Policies, and consulted on legal and liability forms. Hezekiah Laronda has studied Theology at Hannibal-LaGrange College. In addition, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn in May 2022 for "From Excel to SQL" and "SQL for Non-Programmers". Hezekiah also has a Completion Process Certified Practitioner (CPCP) certification from TealEye LLC obtained in January 2017, as well as a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification from QuickBooks Support obtained in January 2018.
