Kathleen Miller-Andersen DNP, PMHNP-BC, APRN, CNM has had a long and varied career in healthcare. Kathleen began their career in 1991 as a Group Home Manager for TURN Community Services. From 1997 to 2001, they worked as a Psychiatric Technician for BENCHMARK BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE, INC. From 2001 to 2003, they were a Registered Nurse at Salt Lake Regional Medical Center. From 2003 to 2005, they were a Certified Nurse Midwife - OB Emergency Services at University of Utah Health. From 2005 to 2006, they were a Certified Nurse Midwife at Mt. Olympus Obstetrics & Gynecology. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Instructor (Clinical) Certified Nurse Midwife at University of Utah College of Nursing. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Certified Nurse Midwife at University of Utah School of Medicine -Maternal Fetal Medicine and Department of OBGYN. From 2017 to 2020, they were a DNP, Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at Monarch Women's Cancer Center. Currently, they are an Interim Behavioral Health Director and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Fourth Street Clinic (Wasatch Homeless Health Care).

Kathleen Miller-Andersen DNP, PMHNP-BC, APRN, CNM has an extensive education history. Kathleen obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University in 2002. Kathleen then went on to receive their Master of Science in Nurse Midwife/Nursing Midwifery and Women's Health NP program from the University of Utah-College of Nursing in 2005. In 2014, they earned their Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Utah College of Nursing. Most recently, they completed their Post Masters Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing in 2020. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications from the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, American Midwifery Certification Board, and the United States Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration.
