Dr Rajan Shukla

Additional Professor, Health Systems And Health Economics at Public Health Foundation of India

Dr Rajan Shukla began their work experience in 2001 as a State Coordinator for Bihar at the World Health Organization. Dr Rajan later became a National Consultant and State Coordinator for NLEP in Bihar and Uttaranchal. In 2008, they joined the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) as an Assistant Professor, and in 2012, they were promoted to Associate Professor at the Indian Institute of Public Health, PHFI. Currently, they hold the position of Additional Professor in Health Systems and Health Economics at PHFI since 2021.

Dr. Rajan Shukla began their education by attending Goa University from 1987 to 1996. During this period, they earned a MBBS and DPH in Public Health.

Later, in 2006, they enrolled at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, where they pursued a Master's of Public Health in Health Policy and Management. This program lasted until 2008.

In terms of additional certifications, Dr. Shukla obtained a certification in "Strengthening Geospatial Information Management: Using the Integrated Geospatial Information Framework" from edX in July 2021.
