Alex Henderson

Alex Henderson serves as the Assistant Swim Coach and Assistant Professor at Washington and Lee University since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas from January 2021 to June 2022 and as an Assistant Swim Coach at TIDE Swimming from August 2018 to June 2020. Additionally, Alex has contributed to various swim camps, including the Michigan Swim Camp, UVA Swim Camp, and Texas Swim Camp in the summer of 2018. Earlier coaching roles were held at Duke University as an Assistant Swim Coach and at Club Kick Start as a Co-Head Swim Coach. Alex's educational background includes a Master's degree in Recreation and Sports Management from the University of Arkansas and dual Bachelor's degrees in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from William & Mary.
