Elliott King

Elliott King is a seasoned academic in the field of Art History, currently serving as a Professor at Washington and Lee University since July 2012, where Elliott has advanced through the ranks from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor. Prior experience includes roles as Consulting Curator at the High Museum of Art, Visiting Assistant Professor at Rhodes College, and Visiting Lecturer at Colorado College. Elliott King has also contributed as a Guest Curator at the High Museum of Art and a Lecturer in European Modern Art at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Early career experience includes research assistance at Tate Modern Gallery, particularly supporting the exhibition 'Dalí and Film.' Elliott King's academic credentials include a PhD in Art History and Theory from the University of Essex, an MA from The Courtauld Institute of Art, and a BA from the University of Denver.
