Emily Innes

Emily Innes currently serves as the Assistant Director of Constituent Communications at Washington and Lee University, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this, Emily worked as a Programs and Marketing Associate at the Platelet Disorder Support Association from May 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities included developing social media strategies and creating content to enhance engagement. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Disability Rights Ohio focused on research for the Special Education team, and various roles in customer service and writing, alongside volunteering for historical preservation projects. Emily holds a Master of Arts in American History from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and English from Centre College.
