Mary Ellen Jilek

Mary Ellen Jilek is an experienced professional in event management and coordination, currently serving as the Director of Club Events at Washington Athletic Club since October 2008, where responsibilities include event research, project coordination, and leading the design for the WAC's largest annual event, Jubilee. Additionally, Mary Ellen runs a self-employed venture as an Event Designer, Coordinator, and Manager, overseeing events from conception to completion and managing budgets. Previous roles include mentorship at the Junior League of Seattle, an event internship at The Lands Council, and contributions in public relations and fundraising campaigns for Greater Spokane County Meals on Wheels and Tri-Cities Prep. Mary Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from Gonzaga University.
