Caroline Potolicchio

Caroline Potolicchio is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Fan Development for the Washington Capitals since November 2021. Prior experience includes various roles at LINK Strategic Partners, where responsibilities spanned from Operations and Executive Support Manager to Special Assistant to the President. Previous positions include a Communications Intern at Riddell and an Executive Suites Intern at Monumental Sports & Entertainment. Caroline has a diverse educational background, holding a Master of Tourism Administration in Sports Management from The George Washington University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from Colgate University. An experienced leader in sports management and fan engagement, Caroline has demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to community engagement throughout their career.
