Jacqueline Avola

Jacqueline Avola is a seasoned professional in game presentation and event management, currently serving as the Manager of Game Presentation for the Washington Capitals since August 2022. In this role, Jacqueline develops and designs game-day content, organizes run-of-show logistics, and writes scripts, while also assisting in the execution of pregame ceremonies and themed events. Prior to this, Jacqueline held multiple positions at Worcester Railers HC from January 2017 to July 2022, culminating as the Director of Sponsorship Activation & Game Operations, where responsibilities included directing game day production and integrating sponsorship goals. Jacqueline's experience also includes roles in corporate sponsorship fulfillment and event coordination, with an early career internship at Sky Zone focusing on community outreach and event management. Jacqueline graduated summa cum laude from Assumption University in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication, Sport Management, and French.
