Shelia Sloan

Shelia Sloan is currently serving as the Associate Director for Application Security at the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges, overseeing enterprise applications and application security for the college system's ERP solution, ctcLink. Previously, Shelia held various positions within the University System of Georgia from May 2002 to November 2021, including System Analyst IV for Security and Workflow, where leadership in HCM implementation for over 26 institutions was provided. Other roles included Business Analyst III and Information Analyst I, focusing on end user application support and security model development. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior PeopleSoft Security Analyst and a consultant for SpearMC Consulting, and an administrative role supporting budget and operational functions in the UGA Army ROTC department. Shelia's educational background includes an AS in General Studies from Gainesville State College and Athens Christian School.
