Travis Dulany

Travis Dulany is an experienced policy research associate currently employed at the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges since March 2018, where responsibilities include conducting research and analysis for evidence-based policy decisions in workforce and adult basic education, as well as transforming large data sets into actionable business intelligence. Previously, Travis held the role of fiscal analyst II at the New Mexico Legislative Finance Committee, analyzing operating budgets and modeling revenue projections for 27 colleges and universities, and at the New Mexico Legislative Education Study Committee as a senior research analyst, focusing on data-driven solutions for various public education issues. Earlier experience includes an internship at the New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department, where responsibilities involved policy research and curriculum development related to radioactive materials. Travis holds a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Professional Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in English, with a minor in Rhetoric and Professional Communication, both from New Mexico State University.
