Mark Lamarre

Mark Lamarre was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Washington Companies in September 2022. Prior to this role, Mr. Lamarre served as CEO of Seaspan Shipyards where he was instrumental in building on the company’s dominant position in the shipbuilding and ship repair industry. Mr. Lamarre has overseen the construction of some of the world’s most cherished marine vessels over more than three decades in the industry. He is a proven leader with an impeccable track record of planning, designing, restructuring, and constructing complex marine engineering projects.
