Warwick Negus

Mr. Negus has been a non-executive Director since 2014. He is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit, Nomination, and Risk Committees Mr. Negus has over 30 years of experience in the banking and finance sectors including both senior management and director roles. He has extensive experience in managing equity and property portfolios. He has a Bachelor of Business Degree from the University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. Mr. Negus is a director of Virgin Australia Holdings Limited and Terrace Tower Group Pty Limited and a Member of the Council of UNSW.
