Jim Gregson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and employee benefits sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Parker Smith & Feek since July 2008, Jim leads new client acquisition and manages transitions, support, and vendor relations. Additionally, as the Professional Services Practice Group Leader, Jim oversees a team dedicated to the specific needs of architects, engineers, and legal professionals. Since October 2015, Jim has contributed to the Washington Health Alliance's Health Economics Committee, focusing on enhancing healthcare transparency. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Executive at Conover Insurance and Aetna, where foundational skills in client management and technology integration were developed. Jim holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from The Wharton School and a BA in History from the University of Washington.

The Washington Health Alliance works collaboratively to transform Washington state's health care system for the better. The Alliance brings together more than 185 committed member organizations to improve health and health care by offering a forum for critical conversation and aligned efforts by health plans, employers, union trusts, hospitals and hospital systems, health care professionals, start-up and pharmaceutical companies, consultants, consumers, and other health care partners. The Alliance believes strongly in transparency and offers trusted and credible reporting of progress on health care equity, quality, pricing, and overall spending.
