Ingrid is currently the Chief Executive Officer at the Washington Health Benefit Exchange, where they guide a team of over 200 staff members and serves over 2.2 million customers with eligibility and enrollment services. Prior to this role, Ulrey served as the Regional Director for HHS Region 10, representing the Office of HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra and working with state, local, and tribal partners.
