Thomas (Tom) also had a long tenure at Providence, where they held several senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President - Finance Operations - Treasurer, Vice President - Chief Investment Officer, and Assistant Vice President - Finance and Human Resources.
McDonagh began their career at Nordstrom, where they served as the Executive Director of Human Resources. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in finance, investments, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational leadership.
Thomas (Tom) McDonagh (He/Him/His) earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Business Analytics from Washington State University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the same institution. In addition, they obtained a certification titled "Starting a Memorable Conversation" from LinkedIn in 2022.
