In 2020, Logan founded their own consulting company called Dozier Strategy & Solutions LLC, where they specialize in providing strategic messaging and consulting services to various organizations.
They have also worked in strategic communication roles for political campaigns, such as serving as a Strategic Communication Director for the campaigns of Matthew J. Stroe for Walla Walla County Sheriff in 2018 and Todd Kimball for Walla Walla County Commissioner, District 2 in 2016.

In May 2019, Logan obtained an Insurance Producer certification from the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner.
