Serena Bethala

Serena Bethala is a Senior Data Scientist at Navy Federal Credit Union since October 2019, providing mathematical and statistical support for marketing teams and developing predictive models to enhance product outreach. Serena creates monthly dashboards for department leaders, collaborates across departments for personalized member experiences, and represents the team at marketing research events. In addition to this role, Serena serves as a Teaching Assistant and Performer at Washington Improv Theater, and has previously held positions in various educational and nonprofit organizations, including as a Paraprofessional Teacher at People Animals Love, Volunteer Management Intern at Cool Girls, Inc., and an Instructor at Mathnasium.
