Cathy L. Chisholm

Cathy Liang Chisholm, MBA, serves as the Director of Capital Budget Management at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) since 2017, having previously held the position of Director of Capital Program Financial. Prior roles include Director of Financial Planning and Business Analytics at the National Student Clearinghouse from 2015 to 2017, and various positions at Freddie Mac from 2003 to 2015, culminating as Director of Reporting and Analytics. Early career experience includes the role of Network Services Manager at M3Com from 2000 to 2002. Cathy holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from George Mason University, and has also attended Hood College.
