Donna Wiltshire

Donna Wiltshire has extensive experience in contract administration and procurement, currently serving as an Acquisition Planning and Contract Compliance Specialist at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) since June 2019 and as a Senior Contract Administrator (Consultant) at the same organization since 2018. Additionally, Donna holds the position of Contract Manager at the MDOT State Highway Administration and has worked as a Sr. Contract Specialist for the Federal Government in Washington, DC, since October 2011. Prior roles include Director of Procurement and Contracts at Maryland Public Television and Director of Procurement and Voting Systems at the Maryland State Board of Elections. Donna’s career began in 1995 as Chief of Administrative Services at the Department of Human Resources, Child Care Administration. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Law from Champlain College, a Master's Certificate in Procurement and Contracting from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Maryland.
