Joseph Fowler III

Joseph Fowler III has a strong background in transportation and infrastructure, with extensive experience in various roles. Joseph started their career as an Assistant Maintainer at NJ Transit in 1999, where they worked until 2002. Following this, they joined Bombardier Transportation as a Signal Inspector, a position they held for ten years until 2012. In that same year, Fowler joined the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) as an ATC Construction Inspector Facilitator.
