Lidya A Admasu

Lidya A Admasu is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and project management. Currently serving as an Associate Construction Project Manager at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) since January 2024, Lidya focuses on the planning and implementation of advanced signaling and train control technology for the CBTC - PSD project. Previously, Lidya worked as a General Hardware and Software Technician at the University of Maryland, diagnosing and resolving issues with Apple and Dell computers while performing essential repairs to optimize system performance. Additionally, Lidya contributed as a Software Engineer at Tana Foam PLC, developing tools to enhance employee management. Lidya holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland and an Associate's degree in Computer Engineering from Montgomery College.
