Lynn Fleming Mba

Lynn Fleming MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP has a strong background in program and project management, with experience spanning across different industries and sectors. Starting in 2022, Lynn is currently serving as a Strategic Principal Program Manager at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), where they are leading a $135M program involving a data center move, application migration, and office building relocation for over 2700 end users. Lynn manages a team of project managers and utilizes MS Project for program roadmap planning.

Prior to their current role, Lynn worked at the United States Marine Corps as an Information Technology Manager from 2009, where they held the dual responsibility of being the principle Marine advisor to the embassy while also serving as the senior Naval Advisor. During their time there, Lynn managed two agile projects linked to the strategic interests of international stakeholders and the US Government.

From 2020 to 2022, Lynn served as a Senior Project Manager and an Information Technology Project Manager SAP/ Financials at HD Supply. In these roles, they successfully implemented the Anaplan platform across key SAP interfaces, hosted meetings and planning sessions, and managed resources through MS Project.

Prior to HD Supply, Lynn worked as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager and an Information Technology Project Manager at the City of Atlanta from 2016 to 2020. In these roles, they managed various initiatives focused on enhancing the government infrastructure and implementing SMART technology in the Atlanta Police Department.

Lynn's work experience also includes a role as an Area Supervisor at The Home Depot from 2014 to 2015, where they oversaw the hiring, evaluation, and development of a team of hourly associates. Before that, Lynn worked as a Deckhand on a private motor yacht, where they were responsible for maintaining the vessel's exterior and assisting with docking procedures.

Lynn has also earned several certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management Institute- Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Project Management Institute- Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), and Project Management Institute- Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP).
