Kathleen Dillon

Kathleen Dillon has a diverse work experience background. Kathleen most recently worked at the Washington Nationals as a Director, Experience Optimization. Prior to that, they served as an Education Coordinator for the New York Mets. Additionally, Kathleen has experience in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they held roles as a Disaster Response Officer, Executive Aide, and Emergency Management Specialist. In their role as an Emergency Management Specialist, they oversaw search and rescue cases along the southern coast of Long Island and played a leadership role in addressing issues faced by women and minorities in the military through the station's Leadership and Diversity Advisory Council.

Kathleen Dillon has a diverse education history. In 2006, they enrolled at Tulane University and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, achieving cum laude honors. Afterward, Kathleen pursued further education at NYU Stern School of Business, where they enrolled in 2019 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2021. Kathleen then went on to attend the Harvard Graduate School of Education from 2021 to 2022, earning their Master of Education (MEd) degree. In addition to their formal education, Kathleen also obtained a 170 Hour Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the International TEFL Academy in September 2017.
